Wind Chill temperature is what temperature it feels like when the wind starts to blow. You know how it always feels much colder, on a cool or cold day, when the wind starts to blow and goes right through you!

Notice that at warmer air temperatures, the wind chill effect is only a drop of a few degrees, but at 0 degrees, it can feel like -11 degrees in a 20 mph wind.
